America Sosa Chief of Staff and Sr. Executive Assistant to Franklin “Pitch” Johnson Jr.

America started with Asset Management Company in 2000. With over 20 years of executive support experience, America worked as the Executive Assistant to the ​partners at Asset Management Company, now Asset Management Ventures. America’s current role is Chief of Staff and Sr. Executive Assistant to the Founder, Franklin “Pitch” Johnson, ​Jr. Aside from her office administrative duties ​at the family office, she also oversees ​various other personal Johnson ​family affairs. ​Additionally, she manages ​all of Asset Management’s ​office operations, ​including accounts payable, along with various other services essential to the company. America also works ​in multiple capacities with the Chief Executive Officer of the Franklin and Catherine Johnson Foundation, and manages event sponsorships.

America has served as a Notary Public since 2010.
